Shauna Sand showed an interest in performing from a young age. At five years old she was in class for ballet, jazz and theater performances. When she was 11 she was a student at The School of Creative and Performing Arts and at 13 she had earned a scholarship with the Ballet West in Salt Lake City, Utah.
