Barbara Bouchet (born Goutscher in mid '43 in German part of Europe) travelled half across the world and back since she was a kid. She moved to US (San Fran) before going back to Europe again.

She started off as a model, got into acting, went into presenting and became a health and fitness guru. Her first taste of movies, saw her get a part in "What a Way to Go" ('64). It wasn't a big one, but it was enough to get her into at least 10 movies in that decade alone, including "Casino Royale" ('67) and "Star Trek" ('68) episode.

During her career (which is still current) Barbara Bouchet, appeared in more than 85 movies of various productions. While the 60's were good to her, she decided to go back to Europe and settled in Italy. The new decade brought her new lease of acting life and she starred in at least another 10 movies of erotic and comedy genre. Crazy 80's kept her in front of the cameras still, but not in movies but more on TV work. Mid 80's inspired Barbara to open a health club and release instruction videos and manuals for healthy lifestyle with exercises. It wasn't until a start of the new century that she went back on US soil and appeared in some of the movies, including, "Gangs of New York" ('02) and "The Darkside" ('10). In between, she was in many TV series made for Italian audience.

When she moved to Rome, Italy, she met and married her husband in '74, but 32 years later separated and divorced from him. He is of Italian origins. The two of them have two kids together who live and work in Italy. First boy was born soon after their wedding, with second one coming 15 years later. Barbara Bouchet is still ever present on Italian TV.
