Costa-Rican model at 5 feet and 8 inches tall, measuring 34-23-34, is one of the 1st, if not THE 1st to be on the covers of Elle and Shape.
Born as Barbara Laura Rodriguez Bonilla in Costa Rica on 8th Aug, '84, she has travelled the world and lived in different parts of the world due to her career and various assignments. It was reported that she settled in NY, but it is very likely that she is on the move again. Gorgeous brunette who loves surfing in her spare time (this may be why she lived Down Under to be closer to Bondi Beach), in her career has/is represented by 6 different modeling agencies.
She was only a teen when she got into the world of fashion, but that hasn't stopped her from visiting US, Europe (various fashion cities), Australia and Asia. Her people love her and love that she's representing them in the fashion sense. Some of her modeling assignments included Avon, Olay, Sally Hensen as well as stripping to her underwear to promote Pierre Cardin line and Raoul Fashion. Bali Rodriguez (easier to remember and pronounce) was also on the cover 6 years ago of Mexican magazines. Maxim magazine also thought that she was hot and took pictures of her in bikini.
Surfing (which she considers to be the best way to tone up) as well looking after what she feeds her body, helped her stay the way she is. Though her parents weren't exactly supporting her in taking up such extreme sport, they believed that she would be good for it. Interestingly enough, she is known for her good looks in and out of water and can be seen surfing in Miami. Various internet sites show her as a hot surfie babe rather than a model that she is. Doesn't appear that she minds.
