Born in Mapelton, Illinois on 2nd Jul 1970, she lives in LA. She appeared in may shows like CSI: Las Vegas, teen-show Saved by the Bell, Melrose Place, soap-opera Young and the Restless, Son of the Beach and others.�She was in Scarlet Mirror, The Bet, Dr Life, Art House, Starforce and The Pumpkin Karver, amongst some. The last movie mentioned is also the one that she worked on as a producer. She also appeared in few plays in theatre that include Grease and Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolf?.

Before retiring in '05, she went into the world of wrestling and was a diva for SmackDown show. There was a controversy that she was fired but she said that it wasn't paying enough. She had some of her signature moves and one of those was "catfight". She was in ET! and In the Mix for sixteen episodes. In her time in the wrestling world she also managed some of the wrestlers, including John "Bradshaw" Layfield and Doug Basham amongst some.
