Alicia Hall was born in 1985, and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. It did not take long for the fresh-faced Alicia to begin dreaming of becoming a swimsuit model; at the age of 7, she told her family that doing so was her career goal. She began practicing at an almost equally early age, and would sneak into the bathroom to take photos of herself in her swimwear.

As soon as she was old enough, Alicia began appearing in local fashion shows. Encouraged by her mother and stepfather, the blossoming beauty strutted her stuff all the way into her first professional photo shoot in October of 1998. As she continued to gain experience in the world of modeling, Alicia began to realize that her part-time gig could turn into a full-time career.
